Before You Purchase

We recommend you carefully read our product descriptions, including color, specifications, and sizing information, before making your purchase. This helps ensure you select the right product for your needs and reduces the need for returns.

We want you to absolutely love your ODILSBEAUTY purchase! If you're not satisfied, we're here to help. Our return and refund process depends on the condition of your item and the reason for the return.

Full Refunds (Faulty Items)

If your product is faulty or defective, we'll provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Simply contact us via email with proof of purchase, details of the issue, and photos of the product. 

Returns for Change of Mind

If you'd like to return an unused item in resaleable condition, we're happy to process an exchange or refund. Please note:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original resaleable condition
  • You'll be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds must be  processed within 7 days of receiving the item
  • If your original purchase included our free shipping offer, you'll be responsible for all return shipping costs

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, standard shipping on the replacement item is paid by the customer.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your proof of purchase (receipt, e-receipt, account history, or gift receipt)
  2. Send your item back to us in its original condition
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Processing Timeline

Refunds are issued 2-3 business days after we inspect your return.
